1. Purpose

This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy establishes the framework by which Epic Dreams World (“EDW,” the “Company”) prevents, detects, and reports potentially suspicious or fraudulent activity on its platform.

The Company is committed to maintaining the integrity of its e-commerce operations and ensuring compliance with applicable U.S. laws and industry best practices related to fraud prevention, financial transparency, and responsible business conduct.

2. Business Model Overview

Epic Dreams World is an e-commerce platform operated by Dreams Design Group Inc., offering digital products and physical merchandise.

From time to time, the Company may conduct promotional sweepstakes as part of its marketing strategy. No entries are sold, and a free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) is always available.

The platform is not a financial institution, money services business (MSB), or payment processor.

3. Customer Identification & Verification (KYC Principles)

While EDW does not operate as a regulated financial institution, it implements reasonable customer identification procedures to reduce fraud and abuse, including:

  • Collection of customer information such as name, email address, phone number, and billing details

Users must confirm their age through an age verification mechanism prior to accessing the platform and/or completing transactions.

Users engaging in abusive chargeback behavior may be restricted or permanently banned.

Epic Dreams World maintains internal records of transactions, user activity, and flagged events for a reasonable period of time to support:

  • Fraud investigations

10. Cooperation with Authorities

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to this policy.
