These Sponsor Promotional Rules (“Rules”) apply to all official sponsors, partners, collaborators, presenters, supreme sponsors, starter sponsors, growth sponsors, and elite sponsors participating in any Epic Dreams World campaign, giveaway, activation, promotion, or event.
By participating as a sponsor, all sponsors agree to comply with the following rules and brand protection policies.
1. Official Sponsor Identification
All promotional materials, including but not limited to:
- Flyers
- Banners
- Social media posts
- Videos
- Websites
- Email campaigns
- Landing pages
- QR codes
- Event signage
- Paid advertisements
- Influencer promotions
MUST clearly include the following statement:
“Powered by EpicDreamsWorld.com”
This statement must be visible and reasonably legible in all major promotional materials.
Sponsors must also reference:
“Official Rules Apply”
and direct users to:
www.EpicDreamsWorld.com
2. Sponsor Creative Freedom
Sponsors are permitted to:
- Create custom promotional graphics
- Design their own banners
- Produce videos and reels
- Run internal marketing campaigns
- Conduct customer engagement campaigns
- Offer courtesy entries to customers
- Promote sweepstakes participation
- Run social media giveaways
- Use influencers for promotion
- Create branded experiences around the campaign
provided all activities remain compliant with these Rules and all applicable laws.
3. Mandatory Brand Association
When conducting promotional contests, follow-to-win campaigns, tagging campaigns, or giveaway activations related to Epic Dreams World, sponsors are strongly encouraged to:
- Tag @EpicDreamsWorld
- Include Epic Dreams World branding
- Encourage following Epic Dreams World official pages
- Direct traffic to EpicDreamsWorld.com
Sponsors may not create promotions that intentionally remove Epic Dreams World from the public-facing campaign structure.
4. Prohibited Activities
Sponsors MAY NOT:
4.1 Unauthorized Sponsor Resale
- Sell sponsorship packages
- Resell sponsorship rights
- Create sub-sponsorship agreements
- Represent third parties as official sponsors
- Transfer sponsor benefits without written approval
Only Epic Dreams World may authorize official sponsorship relationships.
4.2 Unauthorized Third-Party Brand Inclusion
Sponsors may NOT:
- Present non-sponsor brands as co-sponsors
- Include unrelated companies as “partners” in Epic Dreams promotions
- State or imply another company is officially associated without approval
- Bundle non-approved brands into Epic Dreams campaigns
Example of prohibited language:
“Together with XYZ Company we are giving away World Cup tickets through Epic Dreams World.”
unless XYZ Company is an officially approved sponsor by Epic Dreams World.
Any company wishing to participate must be referred directly to Epic Dreams World for official sponsor approval.
4.3 Misrepresentation
Sponsors may NOT:
- Misrepresent prize values
- Modify giveaway terms
- Create misleading odds claims
- Imply guaranteed winnings
- State or imply ownership of Epic Dreams World
- Suggest they are operating the official sweepstakes independently
Sponsors must clearly communicate they are participating sponsors only.
4.4 Unauthorized Entry Sales
Sponsors MAY NOT:
- Sell courtesy entries
- Monetize complimentary entries
- Trade entries for cash
- Auction entries
- Bundle entries into unauthorized sales offers
Courtesy entries provided by Epic Dreams World are promotional-only and have no direct cash resale value.
4.5 Illegal Sweepstakes or Lottery Activity
Sponsors may NOT:
- Run independent lotteries using Epic Dreams branding
- Create separate unauthorized raffle systems
- Modify official entry mechanics
- Require illegal consideration where prohibited by law
- Operate unapproved gambling-style promotions
All promotions must comply with local, state, federal, and international laws where applicable.
4.6 Trademark & Intellectual Property Abuse
Sponsors may NOT:
- Alter official logos without permission
- Use FIFA, World Cup, or restricted trademarks improperly
- Create counterfeit promotional materials
- Register domains/social handles impersonating Epic Dreams World
5. Social Media Compliance
Sponsors are responsible for ensuring compliance with:
- Instagram rules
- Facebook promotion policies
- TikTok promotion policies
- YouTube guidelines
- FTC advertising guidelines
- Influencer disclosure laws
Sponsors must disclose material relationships when legally required.
6. Approval Rights
Epic Dreams World reserves the right to:
- Request edits to promotional materials
- Remove unauthorized campaigns
- Reject misleading advertisements
- Suspend sponsor privileges
- Revoke sponsor status for violations
7. No Partnership or Ownership Rights
Sponsor participation does not create:
- Equity rights
- Ownership rights
- Licensing rights
- Agency relationships
- Joint ventures
- Legal partnerships
Sponsors remain independent entities.
8. Indemnification
Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Epic Dreams World, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and partners from claims arising from:
- Unauthorized promotions
- Misleading advertising
- Sponsor-created contests
- Regulatory violations
- Intellectual property misuse
- False statements
9. Compliance with Official Rules
All sponsor promotions must remain secondary and subordinate to the official Epic Dreams World sweepstakes rules available at:
www.EpicDreamsWorld.com
In the event of conflict, the official Epic Dreams World rules shall govern.
10. Right to Modify
Epic Dreams World reserves the right to update these Sponsor Promotional Rules at any time to protect the integrity of the campaign, sponsors, participants, and platform ecosystem.
