AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Epic Dreams World Affiliate Program

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the Epic Dreams World Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by Dreams Design Group Inc. (“Company”).
By participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to these Affiliate Terms.
1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting Epic Dreams World using unique referral links provided by the Company.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Participation is open to individuals, organizations, influencers, and non-profit entities approved by the Company. The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any Affiliate at its sole discretion.
3. COMMISSIONS
- Affiliates may earn a commission of up to ten percent (10%) of qualifying purchases generated through their referral links.
- Commissions apply only to completed, non-refunded transactions.
- Commission rates, structures, and payment schedules may be modified at any time.
4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Affiliates may NOT:
- Make claims about odds of winning
- Guarantee prizes or outcomes
- Misrepresent the Promotion or prizes
- Imply affiliation with Lamborghini, FIFA, or any sponsor
- Use deceptive, misleading, or unlawful advertising
- Use spam, bots, or paid traffic without approval
- Target minors or encourage participation by minors
- Represent themselves as employees or agents of the Company
Violation results in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
5. CONTENT GUIDELINES
All affiliate content must:
- Be truthful and accurate
- Comply with applicable laws and platform policies
- Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship when required (e.g., “I may earn a commission”)
- Avoid any language that conflicts with the Official Rules
6. NON-PROFIT AFFILIATES
Non-profit affiliates must comply with all applicable laws governing charitable solicitations and disclosures. The Company makes no representation that affiliate commissions constitute charitable donations.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
- Payments are made after verification and refund windows
- Minimum payout thresholds may apply
- Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes
8. TERMINATION
The Company may suspend or terminate participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including violation of these Affiliate Terms.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company shall not be liable for lost commissions, indirect damages, or disputes arising from affiliate participation.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
