1. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating in this Promotion (the “Sweepstakes”), each entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Promoter (and any independent administrator engaged by Sponsor, the “Administrator”), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. OVERVIEW & NATURE OF THE PLATFORM
Epic Dreams World (“Epic Dreams World,” “EDW,” or the “Company”) is a for-profit e-commerce platform operated by Dreams Design Group Inc., a New York corporation doing business as (“d/b/a”) Epic Dreams World.
The Company offers for sale limited-edition digital collectibles and physical merchandise, including but not limited to digital wallpapers, drinkware, apparel, and other branded goods (collectively, the “Products”).
Epic Dreams World is not a ticketing platform, raffle platform, donation platform, or gambling service.
From time to time, Epic Dreams World may conduct promotional sweepstakes (each a “Promotion”) as a courtesy bonus to customers and participants. Complimentary sweepstakes entries may be awarded based on eligible actions, including certain product purchases, but no product is sold as an entry, and entries are never purchased.

Sponsor may engage an independent sweepstakes administrator (the “Administrator”) to conduct the random drawing and/or assist with verification.
4. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to individuals who:
Are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry; and
Are legal residents of the United States at the time of entry.
VOID IN PUERTO RICO, U.S. TERRITORIES, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
The Sponsor, their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing, and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification.
5. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 11:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on April 15, 2026, and ends at 3:59:59 p.m. CT on July 10, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s system/database is the official time‑keeping device. The random drawing to determine the potential winner will occur on July 15, 2026 at approximately 7:00 PM Central Time (CT).
6. HOW TO ENTER
A. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”) – NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
To enter without making a purchase, legibly hand‑print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a plain 3″ x 5″ card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each properly submitted mail‑in request equals forty-five (45) entries. If a mail-in entry is postmarked during a Bonus Entry Period, it will be worth between ninety (90) and two hundred twenty-five (250) Sweepstakes entries depending on the level of Bonus Period defined by Sponsor at the Website. In order for bonus entries to be valid, the Entrant must write EITHER 2x, 3x, or 5x on the backside of the envelope to signify what Bonus Entry Period they are entering during. If an Entrant lists a Bonus Period that is inaccurate with the postmark date, the entry will be disqualified.
AMOE deadlines: Mail‑in entries must be postmarked no later than July 10, 2026 and received no later than July 15, 2026.
AMOE requirements:
- One (1) entry per envelope and per person.
- Each envelope must be mailed individually.
- Bulk shipments will not be accepted.
- Entrants may not use any third-party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator).
- No correspondence will be acknowledged; requests for confirmation of receipt will not be acknowledged.
Sponsor/Administrator is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, damaged, illegible, postage‑due, or undelivered mail.
B. COMPLIMENTARY ENTRIES WITH PURCHASE (OPTIONAL)
Customers who purchase eligible Products on the Epic Dreams World website may receive complimentary promotional entries as a courtesy bonus.
- Entries are not sold, not guaranteed, and have no standalone value.
- The number of complimentary entries varies by Product, collection, and promotion.
- Purchasing Products does not improve odds on a per‑entry basis compared to free entries.
Certain Quick Entry Collections (e.g., limited‑edition digital wallpaper bundles featuring sports cars and football themes) may include higher quantities of complimentary entries.
C. PROMOTIONAL PARTNER ENTRY DISTRIBUTION
From time to time during the Promotion Period, Epic Dreams World may collaborate with participating promotional partners, including but not limited to restaurants, local businesses, marketing affiliates, or event partners (“Promotional Partners”).
Promotional Partners may offer complimentary promotional entries to eligible participants as part of marketing campaigns, customer appreciation initiatives, or promotional activities associated with the Promotion.
Promotional entries distributed by Promotional Partners are free to participants and are subject to availability, partner participation, and any limitations established by the Sponsor.
Unless otherwise specified, participants may claim no more than one (1) promotional entry per participating Promotional Partner.
All promotional entries distributed through Promotional Partners are treated as valid entries in the Promotion and carry the same odds of winning as any other valid entry method.
Promotional Partners do not influence the outcome of the drawing and are not involved in the administration or selection of the winner. Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor may announce Bonus Entries at the Website, and/or on its social media pages, opportunities to earn additional entries (“Bonus Entry Periods”). During the Bonus Entry Period, Entrants who make a purchase at the Website will automatically receive 2X, 3X, or 5X the base number of entries (defined by Sponsor) into the Sweepstakes on each product purchase.
7. ENTRY VALIDATION AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Entry validation
To be valid, each entry must provide all requested information. Proof of entry information at the website is not proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor.
Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or email address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription/notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified.
Automated entry devices are prohibited. No mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void.
Sponsor/Administrator and Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or otherwise defective entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant whose conduct or public content (including social media content) in Sponsor’s opinion reflects negatively on Sponsor, the Sweepstakes, or any person/entity, violates these Official Rules, or raises a compliance, infringement, or legal risk.
Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries.
Fraud / returns abuse (strictly prohibited)
NOTE: ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. It is fraudulent to purchase items to obtain complimentary entries with the intent to return items after the Sweepstakes ends. If Sponsor identifies or suspects you are engaged in this or any other fraudulent activity, you may be disqualified and banned from future promotions.
Identity / Authorized Account Holder.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address associated with the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person assigned to an email address by the internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor may require proof that an Entrant is the Authorized Account Holder. Any attempt to enter using multiple/different accounts, identities, or other methods may void entries and result in disqualification. Late entries or entries sent via any method not stated in these Official Rules will not be accepted.
8. IMPORTANT PURCHASE, DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Digital Products (instant delivery)
All digital items (including wallpapers/collectibles) are delivered electronically and/or made available for download immediately or shortly after purchase.
ALL DIGITAL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES.
Physical Merchandise
Physical merchandise may be returned for refund or exchanged only under the conditions below:
Eligibility conditions: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging (no open bag, no wear, no damage).
Window: Requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days after purchase OR July 10, 2026, whichever occurs first.
Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Effect on entries: If a refund is granted for a purchase that generated complimentary entries, all complimentary entries associated with that refunded purchase are forfeited.
To start a return or exchange, customer must contact Sponsor through the website returns form.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER JULY 10, 2026 FOR ANY REASON (including for digital items and any purchases outside the return window)
9. WEEKLY / ADDITIONAL PROMOTIONS
Beginning April 2026, Sponsor may conduct weekly or random bonus giveaways. Details (timing, prizes, and eligibility) may vary, may be discontinued, and will be announced by Sponsor.
Unless otherwise stated, entries earned/received during the Sweepstakes Period remain valid for eligible promotions occurring on or before July 10, 2026.
10. GRAND PRIZE
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER
Grand Prize Winner will be awarded:
- One (1) Lamborghini vehicle (estimated market value between $90,000–$150,000 USD),
- Two (2) tickets to the 2026 World Cup Final – Optional Attendance (scheduled for July 19, 2026), and
- Travel for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest for a Sponsor‑arranged experience to deliver the prize, including an in‑person meeting with Ricardo Diaz De La Vega in New York City, NY (components and timing subject to Sponsor’s scheduling).
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: up to $180,000 USD, depending on vehicle selection, market conditions, travel costs, and availability at the time of fulfillment.
World Cup Final Tickets – Optional Attendance
The two (2) tickets to the 2026 World Cup Final are included as part of the Grand Prize experience. Attendance is optional. The Grand Prize Winner may decline the tickets without affecting eligibility to receive the Lamborghini vehicle or the applicable cash alternative. The tickets have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.
Vehicle conditions / “AS IS”
Vehicle color, options, accessories, mileage, and specifications are determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion based on availability.
The vehicle is awarded “AS IS” without warranty of any kind by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, relative to the prize (including quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for purpose). Any manufacturer/dealer warranties (if any) are solely between the winner and manufacturer/dealer.
Winner is solely responsible for all registration, licensing, title, insurance, and all federal/state/local taxes and fees.
Vehicle may not meet safety or emissions requirements in certain locations. Winner is responsible for checking applicable laws and requirements.
Winner must have a valid driver’s license and proof of legally required vehicle insurance at time of delivery.
Prize acceptance location / timing
Winner must appear in person in Houston, Texas for identity verification, documentation, and prize acceptance activities as directed by Sponsor. Failure to appear or comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Cash Alternative
Where required by law and/or at Sponsor’s sole discretion, the potential Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive a cash alternative of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000 USD) in lieu of the Lamborghini vehicle only. The World Cup Final tickets are not redeemable for cash and will be forfeited if the cash alternative is selected.
The cash alternative, if elected, will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and the winner will receive the appropriate tax reporting form (including IRS Form 1099), as required by law.
Travel details
Travel and lodging elements may change due to impracticability, unavailability, or other reasons determined by Sponsor or its designee. Tickets are subject to issuer terms and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
Sponsor will arrange and pay airfare for the winner for required Sponsor‑directed trips described herein. The winner and guest are responsible for meals and incidental expenses unless explicitly stated.
Sponsor and Released Parties are not providers of transportation or insurance.
All other expenses associated with Prize acceptance or usage not specifically mentioned herein are the responsibility of the Winner. No substitution or transfer of the Prize will be permitted, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
11. DRAWING, NOTIFICATION, ODDS
The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator’s independent winner selector using random selection via software plugin on July 16, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted via phone, email, and/or USPS mail using the information associated with their entry.
12. PRIZE CLAIM & VERIFICATION
By accepting the Grand Prize, the Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize. The potential Winner must sign and return to the Administrator, within twenty-four (24) hours of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release in order to claim the Prize. The Winner may also be requested to complete an IRS W9 form. Note: The Affidavit sent to a potential Winner will require that the Winner provide their Social Security Number to the Administrator, which will be used solely for tax reporting purposes. The Winner will be responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize. The Winner must note that the value of the accepted Prize is taxable as income and an IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of the Winner for the value of the Prize. The Winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the Prize after it is awarded. If a Prize or Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to the potential Winner, if a potential Winner cannot be reached or does not comply with notification instructions within twenty-four (24) hours from the first notification attempt, if a potential Winner fails to return requisite document(s) within the specified time period, or if a potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate Winner may be selected.
13. BACKGROUND CHECK
As an additional condition of verification and award, the potential winner may be required to consent to a background check. Sponsor may refuse to award the prize if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that awarding the prize would reflect adversely on Sponsor, its goods/services, or the integrity of the promotion.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding any background check are final and binding.
14. PUBLICITY
By accepting the Prize, where permitted by law, the Winner grants to the Released Parties and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor and the Released Parties (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor’s request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time their full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification. The Winner also acknowledges that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize. Sponsor may record, film, and photograph winner/prize acceptance activities to provide transparency.
15. IMPORTANT CHARITABLE DISCLOSURES
Epic Dreams World is a commercial, for‑profit platform and is not a nonprofit organization.
A guaranteed portion of net proceeds generated by the Epic Dreams World website (after applicable operational expenses) is allocated to support faith‑based and humanitarian initiatives aligned with Sponsor’s values through its designated beneficiary organization:
Church of Champions, an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Church of Champions is solely responsible for administration, execution, and oversight of its charitable programs. Epic Dreams World does not administer charitable activities.
No purchase, participation, or receipt of complimentary entries increases, decreases, or otherwise affects the amount of charitable contributions.
Contributions made by Epic Dreams World are not tax‑deductible for participants.
Sponsor may support additional organizations at its sole discretion.
16. GENERAL CONDITIONS
If for any reason the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason (including virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice, and award the prize using all non‑suspect eligible entries received as of the relevant date or in any manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules.
CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
17. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
Released Parties are not responsible for technical malfunctions of any kind, including website, server, network, software, or email failures, human error, or traffic congestion. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating, and in no event shall Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees.
Except as expressly provided, in no event will Released Parties be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind (including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive) arising out of participation or acceptance/possession/use/misuse of a prize.
Entrants also release Released Parties from claims/actions based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy arising from participation or prize activities.
Released Parties are not liable if any portion of the Sweepstakes is cancelled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war/terrorism, pandemic, or other conditions beyond their control.
To the extent permitted by law, each Entrant waives rights under California Civil Code Section 1542 and any similar law.
18. TAXES
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
Sponsor/Administrator will issue applicable tax forms (e.g., IRS Form 1099) as required by law.
19. DISPUTES
ENTRANTS AGREE THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND/OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT‑OF‑POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, IF ANY, BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ENTRANT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
These Official Rules and all issues and questions concerning their construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Venue for any permitted proceeding shall lie exclusively in state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
20. PRIVACY POLICY
By entering, each Entrant consents to the collection, use, and distribution of personal information by Sponsor for the purposes of implementing, administering, and fulfilling this Sweepstakes, and if consent is given at time of entry, for marketing communications. Sponsor will use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available on the Epic Dreams World website.
21. WINNERS LIST REQUEST
To request the first name, last initial, city, and state of the winner, send a self‑addressed, stamped business‑size envelope within 60 days after the drawing to the address posted on the Epic Dreams World website (Winners List Request).
22. SCAM ALERT / THIRD‑PARTY DISCLAIMERS
SCAM ALERT – Protect yourself from scams. If you are selected as a potential winner, Sponsor or Administrator will contact you using the phone number and/or email address provided with your entry. You will NEVER be asked to provide a credit card, bank information, or payment of any kind as a condition of receiving a prize.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Lamborghini, FIFA, the Fédération Internationale de Football Association, or any World Cup‑related entity.
All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
23. FINAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Sweepstakes if necessary to protect integrity, fairness, or compliance. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules.
